Spirit Through Writing

Automatic Writing or Inspired Writing?
The difference between Automatic Writing and Inspired Writing is the method of delivery. True Automatic Writing is allowing the spirit temporarily possess your writing. The writing is entirely directed by spirit in such a way that you actually do not know what is being written.
If you are writing words that come are heard or "known" in your mind, then that is Inspired Writing. Inspired Writing is spirit led, but communicated to you before it is written.
I personally use the Inspired Method in my readings. When I am doing a reading, I use Oracle Tarot by Lucy Cavendish, Saints and Angels Oracle Cards by Doreen Virtue and Little Reminders: Love and Relationship Oracle cards in a 36 card spread. I use these cards as only a focus.
My reading technique is as follows
  • I lay my hands on the three decks and Reiki Charge them, asking for healing words for the soul.
  • I shuffle the decks, keeping the questions asked in mind.
  • Trancework begins as I shuffle. This is when I drown out all noises of my mind, begin to open the lines of communication to my gatekeeper. I instruct her to not let anyone in at this point, that I prefer to work with her, as she is all knowing. I ask her to connect me with my higher self. The higher self is beyond linear time, knowing the life path contract and the players that are to come into my life. We all work together to then connect with the guide of the person I am reading.
  • As the cards are laid out, the words begin to flow into my mind. I trust everything that is given and write without analyzing. It will come together like a story that spans past, present, future for the initial readings. Subsequent readings involves the sitter and also the emotions/underlying feelings of a third party if they are connected through their life path.

After concluding the Inspirational Writing, it is impossible to remember all that is written for the words were only relayed to you as you type/write. Each time I do another reading for the client, I must go back in my records to see what I did write before in order to not repeat situations that are still in development.

If you are not a reader, you can still do Inspirational Writing. Ask your higher self questions and type whatever comes to mind quickly. Do not take time to think or second guess. Trust what you write and understand that you are connecting with your true self. Many people do not trust in their selves and find themselves unable to make decisions and always needing the opinion of others. This is a good way to get your confidence and decision making skills mastered. This is your empowerment.
