Picture Reading

Can you tell the personality of someone by looking at a picture? What about the circumstances surrounding their lives? You can, anyone can learn to learn Personology, is a study of examining facial features to analyze and predict character traits and behavior. Those of us who are intuitive and empathic naturally pick up on these traits and information is expanded. Information can be expanded through other means such as oracle cards to extract a deeper understanding.

Examples of Mainstream Face Reading Focal Points

EYEBROWS

Eyebrows, take a look at the thickness. People that have an overall thickness of the eyebrow tend to have a deeper, powerful thinking personality. This can be good, this can be bad, it depends on the amount of negativity in the individual. If the brow is thicker at the beginning, this person is a great starter, and interestingly enough, thicker brows at the end shows the person finishes their projects, they have great follow through.

NOSTRILS

The nose,...knows. Take a look at the nostrils. I know this isn't always the most pleasant site, but you can learn alot about a person, important information from the nose! If money is a concern, pay close attention to the size, small means the person is a tightwad, large means that this person is a spender. If you cannot decide whether the nostrils are large or small, then you are in business! That person would be very balanced when it comes to money.

The wides part of the nose is called the root, if the root is wider, you will be pleased to know that family is important to this person. If the root is not wide enough, it shows that this person is detached from people, a loner, basically..not fun.

If you are looking for a creative person, look for a hump in the nose. You didn't see that coming, did you?

Intuitive/Empathic Picture Reading

Pay close attention to your feelings when you are reading a picture. Put yourself in that picture and ask yourself, how am I feeling now. Walk around that person, how is that haircut, what about the teeth, are they taken care of? If the answer is no, and you feel a little down, you know that this person has a lack of body image and confidence. Why do they not feel good about themselves? Check out the smile, is the smile broad or is it smaller? A smaller smile shows that this person is holding back, most likely has had others shoot down the dreams and make him/her not feel like their dreams could be reached.

How does this person dress, bold or unassuming? How do they hold their arms, close to the body or outstretched? These are all clues on how the person is feeling that day. Look into the eyes, is there a twinkle or a far away look? Ask yourself these questions, the first answer that comes into your mind will be your answer.

I always like to go further, since I am a card reader. I build on the intuitive/empathic answers that I have gotten and ask further questions to my higher self. The cards that are turned will trigger the answers within (I do not go by their published meanings) My card questions are always a why question or what must they know?

Dreaming

Dreams Explained
There are 5 stages of sleep and three waves associated in sleep patterns. The theta waves, the delta waves and the alpha waves. When we enter sleep, and travel through the theta waves we sink deeper in the sleep state until we reach the delta state which is the deepest stage of sleep. It is here that our bodies regenerate itself. This is the period in which we do not dream. Our bodies is solely focused on regeneration. It normally takes almost three hours to even get to the deepest state of sleeping. The lightest stage is the alpha stage and this is the stage where we dream. This is also the stage in which our blood pressure, breathing, brainwaves, and heart rate rises and we enter in sleep paralysis. Dreaming is also vital for our health, this is where we work out the stresses in our lives and release tension. This is also where our prophetic dreams come from.

Prophetic Dreams

If you are a prophetic visual person you can not prevent this from happening, you can enhance, but you can not prevent. We are designed to dream from birth. Leonardo Divinci designed the first airplane and sumarine from his dreams, and Julias Verne worked out the distance between the earth and the moon and also had predictions come to pass from dreams. I myself as a child predicted an untimely death through the alpha state.

Meditation Before Sleep

By meditating before sleep, we bring in more oxygen to our bodies, enter a deeper state of relaxation by calming the mind and can enter that restoritive Delta stage of sleep at a faster pace and also stay there for a longer stretch. (Delta only lasts up to 30 minutes. Thank goodness we cycle through the stages.) Meditation before bed is recommended by doctors, psychologist and the spiritual community. As pertains to the guides, it is a good quiet moment to make your intention known. Our guides have only our best interests in mind and will not interfere with our health or needed sleep. If you do happen to awaken in the middle of the night to your guide, your sleep stage was more than likely in the alpha state and your body in the process of awakening naturally for example for a night time trip to get a drink of water ect. By no means will anyone be doing nighttime psychic work because of a guide.

Spirit Through Writing

Automatic Writing or Inspired Writing?
The difference between Automatic Writing and Inspired Writing is the method of delivery. True Automatic Writing is allowing the spirit temporarily possess your writing. The writing is entirely directed by spirit in such a way that you actually do not know what is being written.
If you are writing words that come are heard or "known" in your mind, then that is Inspired Writing. Inspired Writing is spirit led, but communicated to you before it is written.
I personally use the Inspired Method in my readings. When I am doing a reading, I use Oracle Tarot by Lucy Cavendish, Saints and Angels Oracle Cards by Doreen Virtue and Little Reminders: Love and Relationship Oracle cards in a 36 card spread. I use these cards as only a focus.
My reading technique is as follows
  • I lay my hands on the three decks and Reiki Charge them, asking for healing words for the soul.
  • I shuffle the decks, keeping the questions asked in mind.
  • Trancework begins as I shuffle. This is when I drown out all noises of my mind, begin to open the lines of communication to my gatekeeper. I instruct her to not let anyone in at this point, that I prefer to work with her, as she is all knowing. I ask her to connect me with my higher self. The higher self is beyond linear time, knowing the life path contract and the players that are to come into my life. We all work together to then connect with the guide of the person I am reading.
  • As the cards are laid out, the words begin to flow into my mind. I trust everything that is given and write without analyzing. It will come together like a story that spans past, present, future for the initial readings. Subsequent readings involves the sitter and also the emotions/underlying feelings of a third party if they are connected through their life path.

After concluding the Inspirational Writing, it is impossible to remember all that is written for the words were only relayed to you as you type/write. Each time I do another reading for the client, I must go back in my records to see what I did write before in order to not repeat situations that are still in development.

If you are not a reader, you can still do Inspirational Writing. Ask your higher self questions and type whatever comes to mind quickly. Do not take time to think or second guess. Trust what you write and understand that you are connecting with your true self. Many people do not trust in their selves and find themselves unable to make decisions and always needing the opinion of others. This is a good way to get your confidence and decision making skills mastered. This is your empowerment.

The Pictures That You Create

Did you know that when you are speaking to another person, you are creating a visual image? What is the visual image that you are creating? Is it a positive image, does that person leave remembering you as a fun, loving person or do they leave thinking you are a Debbie Downer?

We are in a constant state of telepathic distribution. The words that we speak, the tone of our conversation and the posturing that we have, will create a mental picture of us that is sent out to others. This is a task that every one of us needs to work on. Because of the law of attraction, if we are creating a negative impression, we become that magnet for other negative impressions. This is how we get in a never ending circle of frustration. Creating a negative picture of yourself also affects if others want to be around you. Do you find others make an excuse to cut their conversation off short? If so, examine your words in that conversation.

I’ve recently come to the conclusion, that I have this area to work on with certain people. I found that certain people that I came in contact with would unexplainably prompt me to create a negative picture of myself. I asked myself, why did I do this with only one group of people? The answer was given to me as this;

At one time in my life, I had experienced great loss, many family deaths in one year. These deaths created much stress in my immediate family, many sicknesses appeared and a general emotion of doom. My husband has multiple health issues, my daughter presented with Type 1 Diabetes, I had multiple surgeries. Thus, the people around me at that time was concerned and from that day forward would inquire about my family when we would meet in a public place. This is what I didn’t realize. They have that negative image stored and would broadcast that image to me as they began to speak. Thus, even if I had been in the most uplifting positive mood, I would immediately begin thinking of the health issues our family would be experiencing and relay that back to them in response to their well meaning inquiries. Now I know that when in this situation, I should stop, take a breath, immediately think of myself and family as a happy, healthy picture and then respond with the statement that we are all doing great!

Remember, as I said in an earlier article. Our subconscious does not know that difference between pretend and reality. By broadcasting a healthy, happy picture, our subconscious will dissolve the negative energy and start releasing the happy endorphins, we begin to attract the positive energies from the universe and the cycle breaks.

Eliminate the negative statements in your life, even if you are going through the toughest time of your existence, be thankful and only concentrate on your blessings. Isn’t this what we were taught when we were small tots, count our blessings? Counting our blessings is the first step in attracting abundance of love and life!

My Journey Through Awareness 1

I'm in the process of reading a fabulous book, "Personal Power through Awareness" by Sanaya Roman.

There is a statement that is so true, right off the bat: "You are constantly being sent signs from the universe about what path to take."

How many times have we fretted over what to do in our life situations, asked opinions or consulted "readers" like me to give enlightenment? We already have the knowledge within us, we only need to pay attention to our bodies and our moods to understand what to do. We receive information much like a radio antenna, the information of life flows through our environment at every seconds at speeds that can not be measured. One only needs to practice at feeling. We are constantly being taught to disregard our feelings, fill our lives with noise and stimulous so that we cannot feel the emotions of life. Now is the time to get back to our intuition, our clairvoyance, our "knowing' given by our higher power.

Take a little time to yourself to simply sit and relax. Turn off the television, the radios, and/or the fan and listen to the sounds around you. Now breathe in deeply and feel the sensation of the air going through your nostrils and down into your lungs. Notice how cold the sensation is? Breathe in deeper, and feel your chest rise and fall. This is life entering your being. You are breathing in emotions, sensations and the sound waves of anyone that was around before you arrived as well as the sounds that are in your presence now.

The next time you are in public and having a conversation, silently take stock of your emotions before the conversations, during the conversation and after the conversation. Has your mood changed? Perhaps you walked in happy and hopeful and now you are feeling a little nervous or apprehensive. You notice that shift and can not explain it. What you are feeling is the other person's emotion. As you listen further, you will begin to hear little bits of information hinting at a bad week or a difficult situation. The more you pay attention to these mood shifts and the events surrounding you, it will become clear that you are being sent signs. These signs were meant for our survival, before civilized times, human beings had to rely on their intuition, their senses to keep themselves from harm. Human beings were pray to the larger animals, and thus had to use each of their senses and especially their "gut" to keep safe. We still posess that trait, it is hidden under the noise of today's life.

Today, start listening to the world, start identifying your feelings to receive clues.
